Manor Mix Concrete Liquid Floor Screed
At Manor Mix Concrete, we offer two liquid screed options: anhydrite (non-cementitious) and cementitious liquid screed. We deliver only the finest quality liquid screed across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire, including Henley-on-Thames, Oxford and Reading.
Our liquid screed is designed to smooth out uneven floor structures, allowing for precise installation of the final floor covering. This product pairs exceptionally well with underfloor heating systems, offering superior thermal conductivity compared to traditional sand and cement screed options. It fills around the pipes seamlessly to create a void-free finish.

- Can be laid from a minimum depth of 35mm
- Features an average drying time of 1mm per day or less
- Demonstrates remarkable low shrinkage properties
